A man has been rushed to hospital after being slashed in an attack outside an east London Tube station.
The sickening attack took place in broad daylight on a busy main road outside Bethnal Green station on Wednesday afternoon. Police believe the victim was targeted using a razor blade.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 1.34pm this afternoon, where the victim was found with ‘slash injuries’. He was treated by emergency services on Bethnal Green Road and has since been taken to hospital.

A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of GBH.
The victim has been taken to hospital. Police are waiting for an update on his condition.
The area surrounding the crime scene has been cordoned off by officers as they sweep the area for clues.
In a statement, a Scotland Yard spokesman said: ‘A man, aged in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of GBH and taken to a nearby police station where he remains in custody.’
The incident took place on Bethnal Green road near to Bethnal Green Tube station
