A shocked passenger filmed the moment her luggage was damaged as baggage handlers hurled suitcases on to a trailer at Manchester Airport.
Elizabeth Evans captured a steward tossing cases with such force that they slid straight off the truck and ended up on the tarmac.
She watched as her pink suitcase flew threw the air, bounced off the cart and skidded onto the ground.

The stunned passenger uploaded the video to Facebook with the caption: ‘Feel free to share this is today at Manchester airport !!!! Mine is the pink butterfly one !!!!’
The 28-year-old was on a return Ryanair flight from Malaga which arrived at Manchester Airport at 9.30am today.
In the footage, the handler continued to throw the bags on to the trailer without a backwards glance, while his colleague looked on.

Evans is heard saying: ‘That’s mine yeah’ as her suitcase is thrown on to the truck and slides off the other side.
It is only when five bags have toppled clean over the side that the baggage handler goes to pick them up.
She told MEN: ‘I’m very angry and shocked. It was a new case. The case is dented and the protective layer has been torn off it.’
Her video was shared on Twitter and Facebook and has amassed over 1.2million views.

Many expressed their anger about the way the baggage was thrown by the handler.
One Twitter user said: ‘This is atrocious, he’s got no excuse for this, it’s not like the bags are coming down at full speed.’
Another said: ‘Wow no respect for people’s belongings at all this is terrible. Could be people’s laptops or anything in there worth a lot of money.’
A spokesman for Swissport apologised to passengers and confirmed it was investigating
A spokesman for Swissport said: ‘We are disappointed by the footage circulating on social media, and we apologise for the behaviour of this individual.
‘We can confirm we are investigating and will take all steps necessary to ensure this does not happen again.’
A Manchester Airport spokeswoman said: ‘We are disappointed to see this unacceptable handling of bags by a Swissport employee and have raised this with them directly.’
